Commission and Payment: 3.1 Commissions will be earned based on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate tracking link. 3.2 Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined separately and are subject to change with notice. 3.3 Payments will be made to you via the payment method specified during your affiliate registration.
Prohibited Activities: 4.1 Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate intellectual property rights. 4.2 Affiliates must not engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, or any other fraudulent practices to generate sales or traffic. 4.3 Affiliates must not bid on our brand keywords or trademarks for paid search advertising campaigns.
Term and Termination: 5.1 This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the affiliate program and will continue until terminated by either party. 5.2 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. 5.3 Upon termination, you will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions earned up to the date of termination, if applicable.
Modification of Terms: 6.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Confidentiality: 7.1 As an affiliate, you may gain access to confidential information about our business. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
Limitation of Liability: 8.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. 8.2 Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to the affiliate program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you.
